This 136 square meter large apartment is on the first floor of our house and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 side room with office space, 1 kitchen and a 21 m2 big veranda. The veranda and the balconies have a wonderful view of the Adriatic Sea (see photographs). The distance to the sea is 18 meters. Included in the prices are all tourist taxes and other duties, air conditoning, TV, Internet (Wifi), parking fee, the usage of all beach and sports equipment.
Apartment A5 is our largest apartment which is in use for the first time in 2018….
